Supervisor, Call Center

Altasciences seeks a Supervisor for its Montreal call center to manage recruitment activities and oversee a screening team within clinical trial operations. The role combines team leadership, protocol compliance, and hands-on recruitment coordination across multiple studies.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment team including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee protocol training and coordinate study-specific materials and documentation
• Conduct recruitment activities including incoming calls, applications, and appointment scheduling
• Track and report key performance indicators; communicate issues and resolutions to management
• Handle communications with sponsors and participants; resolve complaints and related issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years related experience in clinical operations or recruitment
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or team leader experience
• Bilingual English/French proficiency required for Canadian location
• Ability to read technical documents, write reports, and speak effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion with confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
