Head of Product for Auxo AI

Lead the product vision for Auxo, an AI-native fintech platform, from Toronto or Montreal. Drive innovation in automating financial processes while mentoring product teams. As the Head of Product at Auxo, you will focus on crafting product strategy and enhancing portfolio planning. Your role will involve collaborating with founders and go-to-market teams to seize new opportunities, growing Auxo into a dynamic, multi-product platform. Your leadership will directly influence our commercial success and how we position our product in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and manage the product roadmap
- Prioritize investments and go-to-market strategies
- Facilitate customer discovery sessions for product validation
- Develop compelling product narratives and positioning
- Establish product management best practices and rhythms
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- 2+ years in a mentorship capacity for Product Managers
- Proven expertise in SaaS and portfolio management
- Strong storytelling skills for effective product communication
- Experience in fintech and utilizing AI for workflows
