Sap Planning Product Owner (Canada - Remote) Pp & Mm (London)

Overview
The SAP Plan Product Owner (TPO) is responsible for driving the delivery, enhancement, and optimization of SAP S/4 Planning capabilities. This role combines product strategy, SAP expertise, and Agile execution to improve production planning, materials management, and business insights through reporting and analytics.

Experience Required
- Overall 18 to 20 years.
- 10–12+ years in Technology, IT, or Product Management and years of SAP ERP experience (SAP PP solid exposure & SAPMM – MRP Live).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
VISA Status
Either Canadian citizens or PR holders.
Time zone Preferred
Candidates in EST or CST time zones only.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong SAP PP (Production Planning) experience with proven implementation of MRP Live.
- SAP MM (Materials Management) experience.
- Strong exposure to Reporting & Analytics (SAP Embedded Analytics, BW, SAC preferred).
Product & Technical Skills
- Experience in product ownership and Agile delivery.
- Strong backlog management and cross‑functional coordination.
- Ability to translate business needs into solutions.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle ambiguity.
- User‑focused approach with ability to influence teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Technology, IT, or Product Management.
- 8+ years in SAP ERP with a focus on Planning (PP/MM).
- Agile/Scrum experience.

Product Vision & Planning
- Define Planning (Plan) product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Translate planning and supply chain needs into actionable product features and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
Solution Delivery & Execution
- Partner with engineering teams for high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
- Manage backlog, user stories, and sprint execution.
- Ensure successful implementation of MRP Live and planning solutions.
- Resolve blockers and ensure alignment across teams.
Agile Execution & Team Enablement
- Drive Agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Lead ceremonies and track team performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Discovery
- Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and priorities.
- Conduct discovery and process analysis.
- Manage expectations on feasibility and delivery.
Digital Innovation & Enablement
- Promote AI, automation, and digital solutions.
- Support solution design and effort estimation.
