AP Analyst

As a AP Analyst you will be responsible for managing AP process .

Responsibilities:

• Match vendor invoices with the PO in Deacom and Concur and enter invoice into Deacom
• Maintain receiving paperwork
• Upload copies of the invoices into Deacom
• Issue payments according to the vendor terms
• Match invoices to the payment
• Reconcile vendor statements on monthly basis
• Act as first line contact with vendors regarding billing problems.
• Maintain Enter invoices into Manage accounts payable
• Make arrangements for payment of outstanding and late accounts.
• Participate in the monthly system close process and the reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers
• Assist with the annual audit requests

Education: Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or in related fields

Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 12 months

Pay: $57,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
