Lead exceptional care services at Southbridge Ottawa as Executive Director. Ensure high-quality resident care while managing human, financial, and physical resources efficiently. In this permanent, full-time role, you will report to the Regional Director and assume ultimate responsibility for resident wellbeing and staff safety. Your leadership will foster professional growth for team members while maintaining the residence's mission and vision in the local community. Engage directly with residents and their families to deliver a best-in-class experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to meet resident goals and objectives
• Manage human, financial, and physical resources effectively
• Recruit and develop team members in their professional roles
• Engage with residents, families, and community partners
• Collaborate on budgeting and oversee accounting operations

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in health/social services
• Administrator’s Certification with required hours of instruction
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience in health/social services
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
