L’opportunité d’évoluer vers des postes de responsabilité est aussi au rendez-vous. Key Responsibilities:
- Aider les clients avec leurs besoins d'assurance
- Effectuer un suivi proactif et personnalisé
- Établir une communication de confiance avec les clients
- Surveiller vos performances basées sur des objectifs
- Documenter chaque interaction dans le CRM
- Permis de courtier AMF valide indispensable
- Au moins 2 ans en tant que courtier ou agent requis
- Minimum 5 ans en service client
- Excellente communication en français et anglais
- Intérêt pour les technologies et apprentissage rapide
