Experienced Project Manager for HR Technology

Lead innovative HR initiatives as an Experienced Project Manager. This position focuses on delivering critical projects related to HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management. We are on the lookout for a Project Manager with a minimum of five years of experience, specializing in enterprise-level HR technology and project governance. You will coordinate diverse project workstreams while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. Your role is crucial for delivering results on time and within budget across all HR-related projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate HR and Payroll project workstreams
- Create and maintain robust project schedules and milestones
- Lead governance activities, including status reporting
- Proactively identify and manage project risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and controls
