Duration: Ongoing 6 month contract (Healthcare and RRSP benefits included)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading global e-commerce marketplace, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their growing Seller Success team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value seller accounts, acting as the primary relationship manager while helping sellers optimize performance, overcome challenges, and identify new growth opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong experience in account management, marketplace operations, or e-commerce who enjoys building relationships, solving complex business challenges, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of top-tier seller accounts as their dedicated point of contact.
- Build strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication and strategic account management.
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze seller performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify risks impacting seller performance and develop recommendations to improve results.
- Negotiate directly with external sellers and business partners to resolve escalations and achieve positive commercial outcomes.
- Monitor portfolio health and provide performance reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding of new sellers into the portfolio.
- Adapt quickly to evolving processes, tools, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional seller experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of client or seller accounts.
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise, strategic, or high-value clients.
- Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital commerce environments.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, seller performance metrics, and platform operations.
- Proven ability to negotiate directly with external clients, partners, or sellers.
- Experience leading business reviews and presenting performance insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend business solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working within online marketplace platforms.
- Seller-side marketplace experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with marketplace seller tools and reporting platforms.
