Global Partner Marketing Manager at Kinaxis

Elevate your career with Kinaxis as a Global Partner Marketing Manager. This remote role focuses on developing comprehensive partner marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across the ecosystem. As a Senior Manager in Global Partner & Ecosystem Marketing, you will create and oversee impactful marketing programs that align with strategic alliances and corporate objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple departments including Sales and Product Marketing to deliver measurable results and increase partner engagement. Your leadership will help shape innovative campaigns that resonate globally and enhance Kinaxis's mission. Key Responsibilities:

Develop global partner marketing plans aligned with business priorities
Manage go-to-market programs across partners and ecosystems
Build strong working relationships across departments
Create frameworks and assets for scalable campaign execution
Monitor and optimize partner marketing performance metrics

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
7-10 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience
Proven experience with global marketing programs
Strong understanding of technology ecosystems
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
