Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end-to-end recruitment for a mix of technical and back-office teams, with opportunities to contribute across the business as priorities evolve. You'll join a collaborative and supportive Talent Acquisition team that partners closely with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to attract exceptional talent and deliver a positive hiring experience.

What You'll Do

  Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close



• 
  

  Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop hiring strategies and drive efficient decision-making



• 
  

  Recruit across technical and back-office functions, supporting evolving business priorities as needed



• 
  

  Develop sourcing strategies and proactively engage talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles



• 
  

  Create compelling job postings and deliver an exceptional candidate experience



• 
  

  Maintain accurate data and documentation across the ATS, trackers, and recruitment processes



• 
  

  Leverage market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment data to inform hiring decisions



• 
  

  Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring initiatives, programs, events, and process improvements



• 
  

  Continuously identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and scale recruitment practices



• 
  

  Represent Magnet Forensics at talent events, career fairs, and employer branding activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate and/or agency environment


• Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and a positive hiring experience for both Hiring Managers and Candidates


• Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners


• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team goals and shared priorities


• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset when approaching new tools, processes, and ways of working


• Strong judgement, accountability, and the ability to navigate change with flexibility


• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple regions or within a global organization

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience recruiting within a technology or software organization


• Experience supporting both technical and corporate or back-office functions


• Experience using Lever or another Applicant Tracking System, along with recruitment reporting and sourcing tools

Compensation & Benefits

The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (i.e. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

$80,000 - $110,000 (Currency i.e. “CDN”) a year

If you’re within a comfortable travel distance to one of our offices, you’ll occasionally join us in person. How often you’ll come in depends on your department and team needs, typically ranging from weekly to monthly.
