This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established location and play a key role in building the sales function from the ground up. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Build and develop sales opportunities throughout the Montreal market

• Guide customers through the purchase process and help them find the right solution for their lifestyle and travel goals

• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and social media engagement

• Develop long-term customer relationships built on trust and exceptional service

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory, financing, and trade-ins

• Represent the dealership at events, trade shows, and community initiatives

• Help establish and grow the sales presence of a new dealership location

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Your proven sales experience allows you to confidently build relationships and close deals

• A self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment

• Strong business development skills with a passion for generating new opportunities

• An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for building something from the ground up

• A customer-focused approach that prioritizes trust, service, and long-term relationships

• Experience in RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or other high-ticket sales environments is considered an asset
