We are looking for a high-energy, dedicated Sales Representative to join a global industry leader. This isn’t your typical "call center" role, it is a professional, consultative sales position where you act as a true business partner to your clients.
In this role, you aren’t just capturing orders; you are a territory owner responsible for market disruption, strategic upselling, and driving long-term profitability for your retail partners. Strategic Sales & Territory Growth Manage and grow your assigned sales territory by supporting current customers and reaching out to new ones to help expand our presence and drive results.
Understand what business clients need and recommend the right products or services, while working with them on pricing and basic contract details.
Consultative Revenue Generation: Act as a subject matter expert on product knowledge and market trends to recommend solutions that drive retailer profitability.
Market Disruption: Proactively identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity to help us "win through disruption" within your territory.
Optimal Distribution: Partner with clients on inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and managing Suggested Order Quantities.
Proactive Communication: Lead business discussions regarding brand messaging, tax increases, and holiday planning. Execution Excellence & Data Integrity Handle sales agreements, keep customer accounts organized, and help coordinate orders, pricing, and service to keep everything running smoothly.
Operations Oversight: Manage the order-to-cash process to ensure clients receive orders On Time and In Full (OTIF).
Systems Management: Utilize SAP and Genesys to maintain accurate account data and provide reporting on cycle activities. Qualifications
