Crossfuze is looking for a Business Process Consultant to optimize client journeys through the ServiceNow platform. This remote role involves conducting workshops for requirements gathering, documenting improvements, and working with cross-functional teams. Your strong communication abilities will ensure deliverables align with client expectations, enhancing service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to identify and document process improvements
- Help clients maximize ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Facilitate thorough testing activities and develop user documentation
- Monitor and report on project statuses and challenges
- Advocate for continuous process enhancement best practices
- At least two years in a business process related role
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ServiceNow Fundamentals certification highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
