Remote Senior Consultant - Mainframe Automation

- Ensure stability in mainframe automation systems
- Oversee analysis of resource performance data
- Communicate and document problem resolutions effectively
- Prepare for and conduct disaster recovery planning
- Coach team members to maximize professional growth
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mainframe automation
- Proficiency in NetView and SA/390
- Knowledge of IPL procedures and GDPS operational insights
- Familiar with IMS, DB2, CICS, MQ technologies
- Skilled in JCL, TSO, ISPF, and CLIST
