Job Description

Role Summary: Lead mainframe delivery, modernization, and support initiatives. Manage teams and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mainframe project delivery
• Oversee COBOL, JCL, DB2-based systems
• Manage offshore/onshore teams
• Drive modernization and optimization initiatives
• Engage stakeholders and manage expectations

Required Skills

• 5 to 6 years mainframe experience
• Expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS
• Delivery & team management experience

Base Compensation: 70,000 to 75,000 (Toronto, ON)

Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Additional variable incentives may be available.
