Technical Program Manager for eCommerce

Loblaw Digital seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead innovative eCommerce initiatives from our Downtown Toronto office. Drive project delivery, enhance collaboration, and impact customers nationwide. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will oversee critical eCommerce projects across diverse teams. Your role will necessitate excellent leadership and communication skills to manage interdependencies and complex relationships. You'll ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives, promote transparency, and facilitate efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of technical eCommerce solutions
- Manage stakeholder communication and cross-team dependencies
- Collaborate with product and technology teams for project success
- Proactively resolve project risks and facilitate alignment
- Track project plans, issues, and priorities effectively
- 5+ years in large-scale customer-facing eCommerce projects
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Background in mentoring and coaching team members
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams
