Job Title: General Labour
Location: Ancaster, ON
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
We are hiring General Labourers for a busy custom solid-surface manufacturing facility. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with experience using hand, power, and measuring tools in a production or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, measuring tools, drills, and power tools
- Operate orbital sanders to polish countertops
- Load and unload custom countertop pieces
- Pack finished products and build skids for shipment
- Repetitively lift 50-60 lbs throughout the shift
- Perform other general labour duties as required
Requirements
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Comfortable using measuring tools such as measuring tapes
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs repetitively
- CSA-approved safety shoes required
- Willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
- Must be available to interview at our Burlington office
