CGI recherche un Consultant SAP MM / Ariba de niveau intermédiaire, bilingue français et anglais, pour participer à un important programme de transformation ERP.
La personne travaillera au sein de l'équipe Approvisionnement sous la direction du Responsable SAP Procurement. Elle participera à la conception, la configuration, les tests et le déploiement des processus d'approvisionnement dans SAP S/4HANA MM et SAP Ariba.

Fonctions et responsabilités
. Participer aux ateliers Fit to Standard et documenter les besoins d'affaires et décisions de conception.
. Participer à la conception et à la configuration des processus SAP S/4HANA MM / Procurement.
. Configurer et soutenir les processus de demandes d'achat, commandes, approbations, réceptions de biens et services et vérification des factures.
. Participer à la mise en œuvre et au soutien des processus Procure to Pay (P2P).
. Contribuer aux processus SAP Ariba selon le périmètre du projet, notamment Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management et Buying.
. Participer à la configuration des flux d'approbation et des règles d'affaires.
. Participer à l'intégration fonctionnelle entre SAP S/4HANA et SAP Ariba.
. Collaborer avec les équipes Finance, Projets, Données et Intégration afin d'assurer la cohérence des processus de bout en bout.
. Participer à la définition et à la validation des données maîtres fournisseurs et d'approvisionnement.
. Soutenir les activités de nettoyage, mapping, migration et validation des données.
. Préparer et exécuter les scénarios de tests unitaires, fonctionnels et d'intégration.
. Participer aux activités SIT et UAT et soutenir les utilisateurs dans l'exécution des tests.
. Analyser les anomalies, identifier les causes et participer à leur résolution.
. Documenter les configurations, processus, règles d'affaires et procédures.
. Participer à la préparation du déploiement, au cutover et aux activités de stabilisation.
. Contribuer à la formation et au transfert de connaissances vers les utilisateurs et les équipes de soutien.
. Travailler en collaboration avec le Responsable SAP Procurement et l'Architecte de solutions afin de respecter les principes Fit to Standard et Clean Core.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle
Exigences obligatoires

. Bilinguisme professionnel français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
. Diplôme universitaire ou collégial dans une discipline pertinente ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
. Minimum de 5 années d'expérience pertinente en SAP.
. Minimum de 3 années d'expérience pratique avec SAP MM / Procurement.
. Expérience avec SAP S/4HANA.
. Expérience pratique avec les processus Procure to Pay (P2P).
. Expérience avec les demandes d'achat, commandes, approbations, réceptions de biens ou services et vérification des factures.
. Expérience avec SAP Ariba dans au moins un ou plusieurs domaines pertinents.
. Bonne compréhension de l'intégration entre SAP MM et FI/CO.
. Expérience en configuration fonctionnelle SAP MM.
. Expérience avec les données maîtres fournisseurs et les données d'approvisionnement.
. Expérience avec les tests fonctionnels, tests d'intégration et UAT.
. Capacité à analyser les problèmes fonctionnels et à participer efficacement à leur résolution.
. Bonnes capacités de documentation et de communication.
. Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire.
. La prestation du mandat doit être réalisée à partir du Canada.

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de plusieurs facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétence, le marché géographique, l'expérience, la formation ainsi que les certifications professionnelles. Les décisions en matière de rémunération dépendent des particularités de chaque situation. Une estimation raisonnable de cette fourchette se situe entre 60,000$ et 110,000 $. Ce poste est vacant.

Position Description
CGI is seeking an Intermediate SAP MM / Ariba Consultant, bilingual in French and English, to join a major ERP transformation program.
The successful candidate will work within the Procurement team under the direction of the SAP Procurement Lead and will contribute to the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of procurement processes across SAP S/4HANA MM and SAP Ariba.

Your future duties and responsibilities
.             Participate in Fit to Standard workshops and document business requirements and design decisions.
.             Participate in the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA MM / Procurement processes.
.             Configure and support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, goods and services receipts, and invoice verification processes.
.             Participate in the implementation and support of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
.             Contribute to SAP Ariba processes based on project scope, including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Buying.
.             Participate in the configuration of approval workflows and business rules.
.             Support the functional integration between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
.             Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, Data, and Integration teams to ensure end to end process consistency.
.             Participate in the definition and validation of supplier and procurement master data.
.             Support data cleansing, mapping, migration, and validation activities.
.             Prepare and execute unit, functional, and integration test scenarios.
.             Participate in SIT and UAT activities and support users during testing.
.             Analyze functional defects, identify root causes, and contribute to their resolution.
.             Document configurations, processes, business rules, and procedures.
.             Participate in deployment preparation, cutover, and stabilization activities.
.             Contribute to training and knowledge transfer for users and support teams.
.             Work closely with the SAP Procurement Lead and SAP Solution Architect to ensure adherence to Fit to Standard and Clean Core principles.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Mandatory Requirements
.             Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
.             University or college degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
.             Minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP experience.
.             Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience with SAP MM / Procurement.
.             Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
.             Hands on experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
.             Experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, goods or services receipts, and invoice verification.
.             Experience with SAP Ariba in at least one or more relevant areas.
.             Good understanding of the integration between SAP MM and FI/CO.
.             Experience with SAP MM functional configuration.
.             Experience with supplier master data and procurement data.
.             Experience with functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
.             Ability to analyze functional issues and effectively contribute to their resolution.
.             Strong documentation and communication skills.
.             Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
.             Services under the engagement must be performed from within Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
.             Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition / RISE with SAP.
.             Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Buying, or Guided Buying.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 -$110,000.This role is an existing vacancy.
