What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte Canada is seeking a Consultant with SAP Concur experience to join our Sourcing & Procurement consulting team. You will support technology-enabled Travel, Expense, Invoicing, as well as contributing to broader Source-To-Pay transformation initiatives while progressively taking ownership of functional workstreams.
You will work with experienced functional leads to translating business requirements into practical SAP Concur solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, process and solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, supplier enablement, and post-go-live support, while collaborating regularly with client business and technology teams.

The Deloitte Supply Chain & Network Operations Consulting practice is the largest in the Canadian market and part of the largest consulting firm in the world and growing. Our work involves developing innovative recommendations to address client issues and presenting findings to senior executives. Depending on the project, we evolve this storyline into a strategic roadmap and detailed project plan for execution. We also collaborate with clients through the implementation to see the vision become a reality.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who:
• Has a bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Has a minimum of 3 years of overall consulting and/or relevant industry experience, including hands-on exposure to SAP Concur implementations or support engagements.
• Has expertise with one or more SAP Concur capabilities, such as Travel, Expense, and Invoice, or related integrations.

• Has experience supporting one or more of the following; requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, Corporate Travel Management, Expense Management, and Invoice Management process mapping, solution design, system configuration, approval workflows, testing, cutover, and hyper care. 
• Demonstrates the ability to create high-quality client deliverables and communicate clearly with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and project leadership.
• Understands one or more of the following; Corporate Travel Management, Expense Management, and Invoice Management.
• Is committed to professional and client service excellence.
• Has strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills, and works effectively in collaborative teams.
• Is willing to develop deeper SAP Concur expertise through project experience, coaching, and relevant certification, as well as other SAP Spend Management tools such as SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.
• SAP Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice certification and experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration including Suite, SAP SuccessFactors, or any other non-SAP third party HR and ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Bilingual (English & French) is highly preferred.

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
