The Vice President will collaborate with the President, senior leadership, and diverse stakeholders to shape the future of Ontario Tech University. This role requires a visionary leader to steward philanthropy, engage alumni, and enhance donor relations across a dynamic advancement strategy. Your influence will enhance the university’s philanthropic impact while championing key research, innovation, and academic priorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight of advancement and alumni engagement
- Cultivate relationships with key philanthropic partners
- Champion academic and research initiatives to boost university reputation
- Identify new opportunities for community engagement and support
- Inspire confidence and trust among stakeholders and community partners
- Significant experience in advancement and fund development
- Strong track record in securing major philanthropic contributions
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in technology or innovation sectors
- Passion for equity, diversity, and research innovation
