Compensation Consulting Director Toronto

Lead the way in compensation consulting as a Compensation Consulting Director at a respected Canadian firm in Toronto. Work with top-tier clients while thriving in a low-pressure work environment supported by a collaborative culture. This position seeks professionals with 10 to 15 years of experience in compensation consulting. You will guide high-impact consulting engagements and advise leadership on complex compensation strategies. Your role will also include balancing pay equity compliance with legislation while mentoring the next generation of consultants within the firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation consulting projects for a portfolio of clients
- Advise boards on compensation and incentive strategies
- Oversee job evaluation and salary structuring
- Ensure compliance with Canadian pay equity laws
- Mentor junior compensation consulting team members
- 10 to 15+ years in compensation consulting
- Strong technical skills in benchmarking and design
- Established client relationships advantageous
- Tech-savvy with interest in AI tools for compensation
- Based in Toronto or willing to relocate
