- Process renewals, endorsements, and new business
- Maintain automated forms for policies and claims
- Recommend optimal coverage and additional products
- Collect payments from clients efficiently
- Support front desk operations when needed
- Level 1 BC General Insurance License required
- Previous insurance industry experience essential
- Proficient with Broker Management Systems
- Strong client relationship skills necessary
- Exceptional organizational abilities under pressure
