• Coordinate patient follow-up care from appointments
• Manage timely communications via email and phone
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on client care
• Perform administrative tasks, include faxing and scanning
• Answer patient calls and respond to inquiries

• Experience with outbound medical referrals
• Medical Office Administration diploma preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook and medical terminology
• Familiarity with EMR systems like Accuro and Salesforce
• Strong client service experience in a medical setting
