Job Summary: The Strategic Account Coordinator manages key client accounts, serving as a main point of contact to ensure smooth service delivery and account performance. This role works cross-functionally to align operations with client expectations, maintain accurate documentation and billing, and identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen client relationships. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. What You'll Be Doing Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a main point of contact for assigned key client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring timely, professional and personalized customer support.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly open contract reports using Cooper Connect to ensure all client requirements are met (e.g., PO numbers, rate accuracy, job site details).
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and other departments to align deliverables with client expectations and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Review invoices prior to distribution, resolve discrepancies with Branch Managers, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Leverage CRM software to manage customer interactions and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide clients with regular reports (e.g., equipment on rent, billed-to-date summaries) and updates as needed.
• Support branches with PO requests and non-standard billing (e.g., lost/damaged equipment, rental sales).
• Coordinate ongoing service for long-term rentals, acting as a liaison between branches and clients.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to enhance service, address issues, or expand product offerings.
• Ensure clients are aware of Cooper's full range of services and make product or equipment recommendations where applicable.
• Escalate urgent issues to Sales Managers or senior leadership as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
• Serve as an “expert” level user of systems including Cooper Connect (CRM), SRM and Power BI. Provide systems training and support to the sales team and to customers.

What You'll Bring to the Team Qualifications and Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or project management in a client-facing role.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to foster trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or rental management tools (ie. SRM (Systematic Rental Management) is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining ownership of key account deliverables.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a strong sense of customer service excellence.
• Very flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
