Role at a Glance

As a Product Owner, you support product clarity from discovery through delivery. You work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, translating ambiguity into actionable direction for clients and delivery teams.

Your product decisions, backlog prioritization, and ensuring that design intent and product strategy are preserved throughout execution. You partner closely with Designers, and Engineers to ensure that what we build is valuable, feasible, and delivered with intention.

Your clarity across products, platforms, and client‑specific solutions, translating complex workflows and system needs into actionable direction for delivery teams.

This is a role suited for someone who thrives in complex, client‑facing environments and enjoys shaping the user experience of software, not just managing tickets.

What You'll Do

Product Ownership & Decision-Making

• Own and maintain the product backlog across one or more client engagements
• Define and prioritize requirements based on user value, business impact, risk, and delivery constraints
• Make trade‑off decisions around scope, sequencing, and quality, and communicate rationale
• Ensure acceptance criteria and outcomes are clearly defined before work enters development

Discovery & Product Definition

• Discovery activities including workshops, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and requirements definition
• Translate research and insights into clear product direction, roadmaps, and MVP definitions
• Partner with clients to shape problem statements, validate assumptions, and align on success criteria
• UX and UI design from concept through delivery, ensuring usability, accessibility, and coherence across the product
• Define user flows, interaction patterns, and interface direction that balance user needs with technical realities
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout development through close collaboration with engineering

Delivery Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales and Engineers to support estimation, sequencing, and delivery planning
• Provide ongoing product and design guidance during implementation
• Identify risks early and collaborate on mitigation strategies

Client Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding conversations around feasibility, scope, prioritization, and value
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with differing perspectives and constraints
• Communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly and proactively

Continuous Improvement & AI Fluency

• Actively leverage AI-assisted tools to improve research synthesis, ideation, documentation, backlog refinement, and design exploration
• Experiment thoughtfully with emerging tools and workflows, sharing learnings with the broader team
• Uphold and evolve product direction and solution design standards across TTT Studios

What You Bring Experience

• 2-3 years of experience leading product delivery in a client‑facing capacity
• Proven experience as a Product Owner owning backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization decisions from discovery through release
• Strong discovery and scoping experience, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable requirements
• Project management background or exposure (timelines, dependencies, risk management, stakeholder reporting)
• UX/UI design background — able to collaborate closely with designers, give meaningful feedback, and contribute to wireframes or flows when needed

Product & Delivery Fluency

• Deep understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and how to apply them pragmatically
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers on feasibility, trade‑offs, and delivery planning
• Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar

Design & Quality

• Strong foundation in user‑centered design principles including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
• Experience designing accessible products aligned with WCAG standards and privacy considerations (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR)
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent prototyping tools

AI Literacy

• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to support product, design, or documentation workflows
• Strong curiosity and judgment in applying AI responsibly to enhance quality and efficiency, not replace critical thinking

Communication & Leadership

• Clear, confident communicator with strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and navigate feedback and competing priorities through influence, empathy, and sound decision‑making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00‑$105,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC V6C 1N5 (minimum three days per week in‑office)
