Senior Employee Communications Manager Role

Drive engagement at Central 1 as a Senior Employee Communications Manager. Shape internal communication strategies to effectively connect over 5 million Canadians with clarity. In this strategic role, you will lead initiatives that align with business priorities and enhance organizational culture. Collaborating closely with Marketing and People & Culture teams, you will provide essential counsel to leadership on messaging while fostering employee understanding of the company’s mission. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute internal communications strategies
• Develop compelling narratives across various channels
• Provide counsel to senior leadership on messaging
• Support employees in understanding organizational pride
• Oversee the improvement of internal communication channels Requirements:
• 10+ years in corporate communications experience
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Strong storytelling and strategic communication skills
• Experience in employee engagement and change management
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities Make a significant impact on communication strategies at Central 1 while enhancing employee engagement.
