Pre-sales Engineer in Healthcare Solutions

Heidi

Join Heidi as a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer in Canada, focusing on healthcare technology integration. Drive innovation by working collaboratively to address technical challenges in the sales cycle. In this role, you will act as a key technical liaison throughout the sales process. You'll work closely with teams to conduct in-depth technical discovery and create solutions that directly respond to client needs. Your ability to handle objections and provide detailed technical assessments will be critical in winning new business and bolstering existing partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep technical discovery with potential clients
  • Collaborate on solution design mapping to real-world needs
  • Present product demos to engineering and IT teams
  • Manage RFP submissions and technical assessments
  • Proactively address and resolve sales concerns
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years in Pre-sales or Solutions Engineering
  • Strong background in technical discovery processes
  • Understanding of EHR and EMR integrations
  • Excellent communication skills for varied audiences
  • Availability for 25–50% travel
