Proficiency in both English and French is necessary for client interactions and reporting, along with a deep understanding of network design and telecommunications. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare solution designs and statements of work
• Collaborate with technical design teams for feasibility validation
• Develop responses for proposals and information requests
• Train and guide sales teams on technical matters
• Act as primary customer contact for project transitions Requirements:
• 5+ years in support or engineering roles
• Experience with multi-service enterprise environments
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Knowledge of IP networks and security protocols
