Title: Shipper/Receiver

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $25.00/hr

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

Shifts available : Monday to Friday

Our client, a fast-growing, high-quality specialty coatings manufacturer located in North Brampton, is hiring a Shipper/Receiver. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can help coordinate and manage shipments of their products worldwide, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will support daily shipping and receiving operations while maintaining high standards of organization and communication.

Job Duties:

• Load/Unload incoming and outgoing orders using Counterbalance Forklift
• Process all required paperwork
• Maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
• Match product with shipping or PO documentation
• Record shortages and reject damaged goods
• Pack goods to be shipped
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
• Attach identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
• Schedule, track and verify shipments as required
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies as required
• Audit inbound and outbound goods in order to ensure their quality
• Maintain a safe, organized working environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Job Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift certification
• Willing to provide 3 years of forklift experience
• Willing to perform additional warehouse duties when not operating forklift
• TDG Certification a plus
• Knowledge of filling out waybills and bills of landing and international shipments
• Computer Literate and the Ability to read and write English
• Ability to lift up to 50Ibs
• High school diploma or higher (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
