Mechanical Design Engineer in Regulated Industries

Elevate your engineering expertise as a Mechanical Design Engineer focusing on complex machinery in highly regulated sectors. This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across internal and external teams. In this position, you will report directly to the Manager of Mechanical Engineering and lead initiatives throughout the entire engineering lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span developing automated machinery, tooling, and robotic systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your role is key for both technical guidance and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, analysis, and testing of mechanical systems
- Prepare and approve technical documentation and specifications
- Develop and validate 3D models for designs
- Drive continuous improvements in product development
- Identify and address project risks proactively
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design
- Proven technical leadership in complex projects
- Ability to manage budgets and project performance
- Effective communication skills with diverse teams
