As a Banquet Server, you will report to the Banquet Leadership Team and deliver professional service to guests. Key responsibilities include assisting guests with menu inquiries, serving food and beverages, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. You will also set up tables and rooms according to specifications, contributing to unforgettable events at one of Canada’s landmark hotels. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional and friendly guest service
• Assist with menu item inquiries for events
• Serve food and beverages for banquets
• Set tables and rooms as per event order
• Follow safety and sanitation policies in food handling Requirements:
• Previous culinary and service experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Smart Serve Certification is mandatory
• Ability to lift heavy trays and stand during shifts
