Drive impactful fundraising strategies at Evergreen Hospice as their Director of Strategic Fundraising. This hybrid role is key in moving towards a proactive fundraising model and strengthening community ties. Evergreen Hospice is in search of a Director of Strategic Fundraising to initiate and nurture donor relationships while establishing clear revenue goals. With 5–8+ years of experience, you will lead initiatives to diversify funding sources and engage the community effectively, ensuring that the organization's mission is advanced through sound strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on growth
- Manage donor stewardship and engagement practices
- Develop and track grant opportunities effectively
- Lead fundraising event planning and execution
- Analyze donor data to improve engagement strategies
- 5–8+ years of fundraising experience required
- Proven success in developing fundraising functions
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to execute strategies while managing details
