Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. This role requires excellent communication abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients while fostering long-term relationships.
Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing multiple client accounts.
- Draft quotes using our CRM software
- Communicating with customers by phone, email and in person.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong ability to sell products and services effectively while building rapport with clients.
- A background in organizational roles will be beneficial for managing client relationships efficiently.
