This role involves handling ticketing processes, customer interactions, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and efficient ticket purchasing experience for our patrons, all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This position offers flexible shifts on weekdays, evenings, and weekends with the possibility of up to 35 hours per week.
