Business development representative
You've had success selling technical or technological products to medium to large-sized companies in the industrial sector. You have excellent listening skills, the ability to ask good questions, and you sell value rather than price. You excel at identifying, contacting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities. You help your customers solve their technical problems using your products and services as a solution. You have the ability to understand their problems and influence potential customers to adopt a different perspective.
Over the past few years, PMP Solutions has generated sales through the growth of its existing customers. Now it's time to add new logos to the company's customer list.
The wood processing industry is in a phase of digital transformation. After automating production equipment, a new need has arisen: that of using available data to the maximum for greater efficiency. PMP Solutions is the key to this change.
You have experience with sales in the United States, the industrial and manufacturing sector, SAAS software, the forestry sector, professional services and solution selling are all assets for this position.
You are determined, organized, perseverant, honest and results-oriented. You demonstrate your leadership by collaborating transversally with operations to maximize results. You follow up rigorously.
You have the desire to achieve a compensation package of at least $120,000 CAD, with a base salary of $75,000 CAD and uncapped variable compensation in the form of commissions.
