Senior PMO Manager for SaaS Delivery

Lead innovative product delivery as a Senior PMO Manager at NEOGOV, a leader in SaaS for public sector HR solutions. This remote role focuses on governance and execution across multiple engineering teams. NEOGOV is seeking a highly strategic Senior PMO Manager to oversee portfolio execution for 4-5 core SaaS products. This contract position requires expertise in driving planning maturity, forecasting, and aligning cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, and QA teams. Your leadership will have a significant impact on delivery predictability and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate annual and quarterly planning for product lines
- Drive roadmapping alignment translating business priorities
- Improve planning maturity and release predictability
- Act as escalation point for project blockers and risks
- Optimize scope and prioritization with Product and Engineering
- 7+ years in project or PMO leadership
- Strong experience in scaled agile environments
- Deep expertise in JIRA and delivery analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- AI tool experience in delivery management is desirable
