- Champion a client-centric engineering team ethos
- Direct the engineering lifecycle for CIAM services
- Streamline capabilities like customer registrations and MFA
- Partner with stakeholders to onboard global channels
- Ensure compliance with AML and operational risk measures
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Min 5 years in leadership roles within CIAM
- Strong knowledge of QA and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and ideation skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
