Your Role in Our Journey As our Sales Administrator & Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing B2B order processing, customer communication, and sales support operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with sales, logistics, and key accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.

The Impact You Could Have Process and manage B2B sales orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate handling in accordance with company SLAs and customer expectations.Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, providing exceptional service and proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle.Maintain and update customer, product, and sales data across multiple systems including ERP, Shopify, and Monday.com to ensure data integrity and traceability.Review, set up, and integrate Retail Vendor Manual documentation and key portal requirements to streamline customer onboarding and compliance.Monitor and manage orders via SPS and EDI systems, ensuring correct routing, fulfillment, and alignment with customer standards.Oversee inventory accuracy, managing stock availability in ERP and flagging discrepancies to maintain fulfillment standards.Act as a liaison between sales, customers, operations, and logistics teams, fostering cross-functional communication and resolving issues promptly.Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including logistics planning, carrier scheduling, and customs documentation in partnership with warehouse and logistics teams.Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly), providing insights to the sales team and leadership.Manage customer files to ensure document accessibility, version control, and organizational compliance.Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
The Experience You'll Bring ?Minimum 2 years B2B sales administration experience?Strong organizational and time management skills?Attention to detail and high level of accuracy?Excellent written and verbal communication?Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment?Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities?Proficiency in ERP systems, Monday.com, SPS/EDI platforms, and Shopify?Familiarity with CPG B2B sales workflows, logistics processes, and customer service
