- Apply your research expertise to design complex problem statements that challenge and improve AI reasoning
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance
- Ensure academic rigor, clarity, and intellectual depth across all deliverables
- Contribute to projects spanning multiple disciplines — from mathematics and sciences to engineering and beyond
Who You Are
- Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
- Proven track record in research, publications, or complex technical project management
- Exceptionally clear written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and asynchronously
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI evaluation systems
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
- Cross-disciplinary expertise or experience solving problems outside your primary field
- Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or machine learning workflows
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside the world's leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, intellectually rigorous work
- Put your advanced expertise to work on problems that actually matter at a global scale
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
