Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Risk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security, and financial success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats
- Develop risk management strategies and plans
- Monitor and analyze risk metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement risk mitigation strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports detailing risk assessment findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in risk analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in risk management software is a plus
Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 9 months
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC H3A 2A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Risk Assessment/ Risk Management/ Risk Evaluation: 4 years (required)
Work Location: In person
