Customer Service & Moves Sales Specialist

Two Men and a Truck International Inc.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ottawa, Ontario to provide outstanding support on calls and online inquiries while promoting moving services and related products.

You'll coordinate moves, achieve sales and customer-satisfaction goals, handle paperwork, and follow up with customers after their move. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a professional image.
