We are on a mission to turn information into secure action through digital knowledge workers—and we’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our strategic efforts in the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Brands verticals, including procurement, logistics, distribution and vendor payments with multi‑tiered supplier networks for effective distribution across wholesale, retail, omnichannel, and direct‑to‑consumer channels.
What the role offers
- Discover and validate market problems (both within existing and future customers).
- Analyze the competitive landscape.
- Determine buy/build/partner decisions.
- Approve final marketing and go‑to‑market plans.
- Work with key customers, analysts, and members of the field organization to gather requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases.
- Establish the product roadmap, communicate your line of business vision internally, and present your strategic direction to existing and future clients.
- Champion AI‑Powered Innovation within PM function to accelerate market analysis and decision making.
- Manage a team of product managers to deliver products and strategies to support the Intelligent Process Applications line of enterprise business solutions.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business, supply chain, or logistics & transportation. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in e‑invoicing software, B2B integration services, or enterprise resource planning software.
- Experience with any of the following integration solutions: B2B supply chain, A2A, Enterprise‑class SaaS solutions.
- Robust customer orientation and proven experience in sales situations.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Effective at influencing and convincing others into action yet able to also be a collaborative team member.
- Accustomed to working in an international environment involving multiple development sites in geographically distributed time zones.
- Strong English language communication and presentation skills.
