Mobile Application Developer (Airdrie)

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer who has proficiency in developing native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Calgary is CAD $75k – CAD $80k/year & benefits (see below). The Role

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications that meet the needs of the business. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of mobile apps. Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development technologies and trends. Debug and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed mobile applications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for mobile development. Requirements

Robust programming skills in Swift or Kotlin for iOS and Java for Android Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and software design patterns Experience with mobile app design, development, and deployment Knowledge of mobile security best practices Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in mobile app development Proven track record of delivering high-quality, successful mobile apps Experience working with Agile development methodologies Experience with mobile app testing and quality assurance processes Preferred, but not required
