The Clerk III provides a wide range of clerical support, with varying duties depending on the specified program/department. The Clerk III performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 2111 Collective Agreement.

High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications
Must have at least one year directly related experience coordinating the activities of a large group. Previous hospital experience preferred. Computer skills are required. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and work within a strict timeline. Demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy required. Demonstrated reliability required. Must be able to cope with frequent interruptions and work under pressure within a stressful, demanding and changing environment. Medical terminology is essential. Individual must be motivated, self-directed and able to embrace change.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrates proficiency in the English language, both written and oral required, worked in a hospital setting and staff scheduling experience.
