HEN Technologies is seeking a motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow

and support our customer base throughout Western Canada. This is an excellent

opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the fire

service and firefighting equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share throughout Western Canada.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fire departments, municipalities, distributors and industry partners.

• Identify new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training.

• Represent HEN Technologies at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

• Achieve and exceed established sales goals.

• Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Required experience in outside sales, preferably within the fire service or public safety

• industry.

• Strong knowledge of firefighting equipment and the fire service is required.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Travel Requirements

This position requires extensive travel throughout Western Canada, including overnight

travel as needed. Attendance at regional sales meetings, trade shows, conferences, and

customer events is an essential part of the role.
