Opentable Product Design Director Role Toronto

OpenTable is seeking a Product Design Director to lead design direction and quality standards across our Diner Platform teams. Impactful design solutions are essential as you collaborate with multiple stakeholders. In this key leadership position, you will guide a global team of 9 designers to innovate and enhance the user experience for our diverse audience. Your robust visual design skills and stakeholder management expertise will be crucial in defining a compelling vision that engages both our users and restaurant partners.
You will actively participate in improving workflows and fostering collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor a high-achieving design team
- Define and maintain design quality benchmarks
- Build consensus through cross-functional partnerships
- Articulate design vision effectively to stakeholders
