Fort d'une expérience en production télévisuelle de 5 ans, vous serez chargé de coordonner les directs tout en optimisant la qualité des productions. Votre expertise technique et votre sens des responsabilités seront déterminants pour déléguer les tâches et superviser l'équipe au quotidien. Key Responsibilities:
- Gérer les demandes de directs pour les émissions
- Évaluer et proposer des solutions pour la productivité
- Assurer la qualité technique des productions
- Superviser les ressources humaines affectées
- Promouvoir les valeurs de l’équipe
- Diplôme d’études collégiales dans une discipline pertinente
- 5 ans d’expérience comme technicien dans le domaine
- Excellente maîtrise du français, niveau débutant en anglais
- Disponibilité pour des horaires variables
- Sens du leadership et de l’organisation
