Engineering Project Lead for Ship Repair

Be a pivotal part of ISI Engineering's Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship program as an Engineering Project Lead. This in-office role requires expertise in engineering and ship repair to support project goals effectively. As a Project Engineer, you will engage with various teams, including Production and Supply Chain, to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions. Your focus will be on managing engineering tasks, supporting stakeholders, and advocating for continuous improvement to elevate project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering tasks within project scopes effectively
- Provide precise technical support to stakeholders
- Create and review engineering documents for efficiency
- Develop strategies for project risk mitigation
- Champion continuous improvements in engineering practices
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant fields
- Knowledge of ship design and industrial environments
- Strong scheduling ability for effective time management
- Interest in marine industry through work or study
