As a Senior Project Manager at WSP, you will oversee key aspects of mining projects, including resource and budget planning, as well as project execution. With 8+ years of relevant experience, you will manage engineering deliverables and drive quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your abilities in client communication and troubleshooting will enhance team effectiveness and project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead resource and budget planning for projects
- Ensure effective coordination of engineering deliverables
- Own project schedule and reporting mechanisms
- Champion HSE and quality standards across all projects
- Engage in business development and client relationship management
- Degree or diploma in Engineering required
- 8+ years' experience in mining or heavy industry consulting
- 3+ years in managing multidiscipline projects
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
