Job Responsibility:
Development Accountant (Real Estate) Are you looking to take your career to the next level? Look no further! Our client has an incredible opportunity that will allow you to achieve significant professional growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance management.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records by reconciling bank and credit card statements.
- Manage sales taxes in both USA and Canada jurisdictions.
- Enhance operational efficiency by updating ERP system modules, such as Newstar.
- Evaluate sales patterns, promotional effectiveness, product return rates, month-on-hand analysis, and landed cost reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and finalize monthly financial reports, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, Financial Statements, and cash flow, ensuring compliance with ASPE and USA laws.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective management practices.
Establish pricing strategies to meet contribution targets and desired sales velocity.
Qualifications & Experience: - Must Have CPA
- Must Have 3-5 Years Experience in Full Cycle Accounting
- Must Have 3-5 Years Experience in Real Estate Industry
- Must Have Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
- Advanced Experience with Reporting Tools and Advanced Excel is an Advantage to this role
